Pc for software development

End of year is coming and my aktiebolag has to make some costs. Any remarks about this setup for a completely new build?

Seems pretty good to my, my only suggestion would be to upgrade the water cooler, the 12700K can pull upwards of 330 watts, it's extremely hot, so if you want to run multicore workloads like blender, rendering or other workstation tasks with it you will need a 280mm or 360mm Arctic Liquid Freezer II if you want to keep the CPU below 100C

Agree with Simon. I assume you're not going to run a big GPU and just work on CPU intensive tasks? Otherwise maybe get a slightly higher rated power supply, considering how much power the new intel cpus and RTX graphics cards use.
