I want to build a PC, but I'm not sure how many fans I should get. The chassis comes with four fans, is that enough? Do I need more? Additionally, the CPU cooler will have two fans, so I'm unsure if I need to add any extra fans. Can you please help me out?

I don't think you'll actually "need" more fans. You have the option of adding 2x140mm or 3x120mm fans on the top side of your case. You can allways check your temps and install extra fans at a later stage.
You can also swap out the tower cooler for your CPU and use an AiO on the topside of your case instead.
I think I will replace the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE Svart ARGB with the Arctic Liquid Freezer III 240 A-RGB Svart. What do you think?
The Arctic AiO's are the Elite of AiOs at the moment. You won't regret it. I will buy the 420mm version at a later point myself.
